Flagler County Adult
& Community Education offers many classes and programs
for children.
CLASSES
Community Education classes are scheduled at several centers
and include: Art, Ballet, Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis,
Lacrosse, Soccer, Computers, Fun with Music, Manners,
Parent & Child Gym Class, Sports kids, Spanish, Cooking,
Youth Wellness Camp, Mommy & Me Tea Party, Gymnastics,
Martial Arts/Tae Kwon Do, Piano, Swim Lessons, Adapted
Aquatics, Synchronized Swimming, Tennis, Voice, and others.
For high school students interested in improving their
scores in college entrance exams, we provide classes in
SAT and ACT Test Preparation classes.
TEAMS AND YOUTH PROGRAMS
Northeast Florida Dance Academy - The dance academy is
located at Corporate Plaza. Classes for school-age
children beginning through advanced. Ooffered are Ballet,
Po inte, Tap, Jazz, Modern, Hip Hop Jazz, Lyrical Dance,
Acrobatics, and Musical Theatre. Creative Dance is recommended
for students
2 1/2 - 3 years old, and Preschool Training for students
4-5 years old. In addition, the dance academy offers adult
tap, lyrical, and jazz classes. A winter and a spring

Gymnastics Program - Level I through II classes for students
age 5 and up and TumbleTots for age 3-5, are held at Bunnell
Elementary School. Students learn skills in tumbling,
balance beam, uneven bars, and the vault. For further

Synchro-Belles - Award winning synchronized swim team competes all over the country. Call 446-6717 for information.
SUMMER CAMP
Each summer, Flagler County Schools Adult Education Department runs a Summer Camp for Flagler County children through grade eight. Activities include swimming, field trips, sports, crafts, games, special events and more! Fees include all trips and supplies. Campers are divided by age group and camp activities are held at several Flagler County schools. Summer camp provides a safe and fun experience for area children, and also includes before and after camp supervision for children of working parents. Limited transportation is provided.
