Real Estate / Pre License Sales (63 hrs)
The purpose of this program is to prepare students for employment in the Real Estate field. The 63-hour class prepares students for the State of Florida exam to become a Real Estate Sales agent.
Real Estate / Post License Sale (45 hrs)
This is a state required course that must be taken to maintain the Florida Real Estate License.
